Nikki Boad

Nikki oversees ACCURATE REALTY GROUP's Residential Team. Her degree in public justice and time spent as an early child interventionist have made Nikki a natural at guiding people in the right direction with all of their real estate needs. Her hands on approach with the team's listing agents and buyer specialists allow her the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Nikki is talented with all aspects of real estate transactions, including an in depth knowledge of Real Estate Law and guidelines. Her leadership skills, expert knowledge of contracts and capabilities to organize the step by step process on behalf of her clients is unsurpassed.

Judi Boad

Judi began her real estate career in 1999 renovating properties in the valley with her family. She has honed her skills as a real estate investor and negotiator over the years, finding renovation projects throughout the greater Phoenix area with substantial margins. Overseeing projects to completion, on time and within budget over the years has given Judi the education to guide clients successfully toward their real estate investment goals.

Over the past two years, Judi has helped build a substantial REO division and is currently helping establish a strong web presence for ACCURATE REALTY GROUP. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their four grandchildren.

Susan Mays; CNE, ASP

Susan was born and raised in the Phoenix area and has been here to witness the tremendous growth in the past three decades. While investing in properties in the Valley and in Mexico with her husband she made the decision to get her real estate license. She has received extensive training within the Keller Williams Company and is a Certified Negotiation Expert and an Accredited Staging Professional.

Susan is currently the REO Team Leader with ACCURATE REALTY GROUP working closely with banks, asset management companies and buyer’s agents to successfully list, market, maintain and sell bank owned properties. Building relationships in all areas of real estate are very important to Susan. She brings a strong business background and professionalism to ACCURATE REALTY GROUP, with a personable working style.

Tracy Lane; ABR, GRI, e-Pro

A native of Arizona, Tracy has lived and worked in the Phoenix area for the past 12 years. While experienced in all types of Real Estate transactions, Tracy has a special fondness for finding horse properties, land and second homes for her clients. A valued team member of ACCURATE REALTY GROUP, Tracy’s customers and clients continually comment on her warm personality and commitment to making their real estate transactions a pleasurable experience.

Tracy is one of the few Realtors in the Nation to hold the professional designations of ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative and GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute. Tracy’s in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects and Exchanges.

In her spare time, Tracy is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She especially enjoys going for daily runs, scuba diving and traveling. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

Kimberly A. Rollins; P.C., CNE

Kimberly joined ACCURTE REALTY GROUP to provide outstanding commitment to her clients across Arizona in both the residential and commercial fields.

Kimberly went into real estate because she enjoys facilitating, educating and being part of her clients’ decision making process with their largest investments: personal residence and investment properties. She chose a career with Keller Williams East Valley because of their impeccable reputation for acting professionally and honestly, their industry leading training and support and ongoing commitment to their agents.

Kimberly relocated to Arizona 19 years ago to complete her BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University. She was a Honeywell Corporate Scholarship recipient. She currently resides in Gilbert with her daughter.

Dan Weale

Dan is the Short Sale division specialist for ACCURATE REALTY GROUP. He is a certified negotiator and has received extensive training in all aspects of the short sale process. Dan understands the importance of communication and explaining the finer details in real estate transactions. His expertise in the buying and selling of real estate provides a smooth yet meticulous process from the initial consultation to the close of escrow. Dan’s commitment to customer service and “doing the right thing” makes him a valuable asset to the real estate industry.

Dan is involved in many community organizations in the town of Gilbert. He is Vice President of the Gilbert Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, and Deputy Commander of the Gilbert Citizen Police on Patrol assisting police officers at accident scenes and patrolling neighborhoods and businesses. Dan is the golf chairperson for the police alumni association’s annual golf tournament that supports the Gilbert Police Department.

Audrey Bird; CRS, CNE, GRI, ABR

Audrey was born into a military family where moving every 2 to 3 years was just a natural event. Having moved eight times in her married life, real estate was a natural career choice for Audrey. She got her real estate license in 1997.

Audrey holds the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). She has had a successful career and is enjoying being part of the team at ACCURATE REALTY GROUP.

Audrey’s favorite leisure activities are spending time with her granddaughter, age 6, and spending vacations on Maui. She still occasionally puts her medical skills to use by traveling to far off places on medical mission trips.

Angi Alvey

Angi joined ACCURATE REALTY GROUP to spearhead the property preservation division. With a background in business management, accounting, and construction, it was a perfect fit to become part of the team.

Angi schedules maintenance and repairs on all bank owned listings, building strong relations with the most reliable, professional vendors in the valley. She takes care of all team bookkeeping, and handles bids and invoicing. Angi enjoys the challenges of her work load, and strives to do her best every day. She says the best part of her job is the atmosphere in the office and always having people around who are positive.

Angi is an inspiration as the mother of 5 beautiful children. Her joy in life is spending time with them, playing sports, cooking, coloring, and watching movies.

Jamie Garrison

Jamie came to ACCURATE REALTY GROUP with a background in property preservation. As our lead Field Agent, Jamie is responsible for the safety and preservation of our listings. His obligations to each property are to schedule initial and monthly landscape, pool, and general maintenance, confirm utilities are on, and all HOA guidelines are compliant.

Jamie is an avid photographer and documents all properties for the team. Jamie and his wife Tracy have two beautiful children, Abigail Gracee and Nathanael John Ray.
